By downloading or using Reminly – Save Reels & Shorts (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. The App is developed by Techspair and published by Setbrain.
Reminly provides a local utility to save, categorize, and set reminders for web links, primarily focusing on short-form video content. You are responsible for the content of the links you save. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.
The App operates on an offline-first, local-storage basis. You acknowledge that if you uninstall the app, clear the app data, or lose access to your device, your saved content and reminders may be permanently lost unless explicitly backed up by your device's native backup mechanisms.
You agree to allow the App to send you local notifications and trigger full-screen alarms to remind you of your saved content, provided you grant the necessary OS-level permissions. We are not liable for any missed reminders due to battery optimization, OS restrictions, or device settings.
All intellectual property rights associated with the App (including design, code, and trademarks) are owned by Techspair and Setbrain. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
We provide the App "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to the loss of your locally saved data.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
